Chapter Recruitment

Formal recruitment is the weekend-long process that allows for our chapter to express many aspects of our sorority including sisterhood, philanthropy, and a special ceremony during preference round. This past fall recruitment was amazing! Our chapter gained so many bright and talented new members that will help the chapter shine during the next fall recruitment!

COB or Continuous Open Bidding is something that we take part in and call spring recruitment. This is a much more laid back and personal style of recruitment compared to the high intensity weekend that comes with in the fall. This past Spring recruitment has been great and we are looking forward to watching our new girls shine in Kappa.

Joining Kappa has been one of the highlights of my time in college. I am so blessed with the opportunity to lead Membership/Recruitment this year. If you are considering joining not just Kappa but the Panhellenic community as a whole I would 100% recommend giving it a chance. I have met so many people that I can truly say will be lifelong friends. As always, go Kappa, but no matter where you end up, just know that you will find your home!
